Bachelor thesis topic proposal form

The completed form, signed by the student and the supervisor, will be handed over by the student to Ing. Bibiána Poliaková, PhD.

It is also necessary to fill in the electronic version of the topic proposal.

The forms and documents that students need when processing the final thesis are listed in the Slovak version of the  website.

Final year students must register for the state exam. Students finishing their bachelor's and engineering years are required to register for the final state exam, i.e. download, write out and sign this form. The completed application is submitted only when the final papers are submitted. The application form is available in the Slovak version of the website.

Full-time students have the opportunity to take the optional subject Professional practice (4 credits). Attached is a form that serves as a request for its execution, as a confirmation of practice and also as a diary.

We recommend that you send the completed and confirmed form "Confirmation of professional practise" scanned in advance to the contact persons of the teachers, who will evaluate the professional experience and record it in the study reports:
